Drive thru customer service is great team members especially professional, I'm pretty upset with the cash register and payment... system also the ice cream machine is always out of service why?........a business is supposed to be running properly at alltimes what is wrong with the communication above management I'm sure it has been documented ???? If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've seen toddler's lemonade stands run more efficiently. Easily the worst... McDonald's in the entire galaxy. We waited 40 minutes for our order. While waiting they had at least 15 drinks on the counter.None of them labeled, workers constantly shuffling through them not knowing what they were. They mixed up orders as they had topiece our order from different bags of other orders. Don't waste your time here if in a rush. Read more

Worst curbside pick up experience -beyond rude customer service!!! I was waiting over 20 min , 6 ranch were supposed to come... with my chicken nuggets order, when I finally get my order I ask the employee if there?s ranch, she says she does not know. Ilook and see no ranch, I then asked if I could have the ranch. She then tells me no! That I would have to get off my car to getit .
