I had a family member raving about this place. Finally caved in and brought my whole family here. The ladies were very rude and... unprofessional. For the cherry on top. One of the ladies dropped our whole order and had to restart over. After taking anunpleasant amount of extra time. It wasn't busy at all to say that was the reasoning behind it. Soon after they still exerted agood amount of attitude. I had ordered churros for my daughter and my wife took the first bite... it was still frozen. Had to goback and get it correctly made. So many negative situations in under 30 min. I hope to give this place one more chance and notjudge it by my one time experience. For now I will take my time to not think about coming for a good while. Read more

I went in this evening and had a few words with a so called "Manager" she had the worst attitude and I refused to be serviced... by her....so I asked the othe round lady there to help me whi h she did. When I asked her for the managers name she disclosedthat she couldn't give me that Information so I then asked 8f the manager could give me her own name and she stood there rollingher eyes at me completely ignoring me and I asked her so you don't have a name now or what? And she turns and looks at me andsays No I sure don't . She then proceeded to tell the other employee to just ignore me and not give her any Information and tonot answer my questions. Every time I go in there , I wa salways get a cashier who gives decent customer services, but some ofthese young kids nowadays have no respect or manners......I would love to file a formal complaint against her. I guess I should of had come check the reviews before going to the store, today was my first time and last, the lady that took... my order was rude with a big attitude I ask for a coconut ice cream and she said that I can not pick that one or the one next toit because it was ?frozen?, but yet the other worker was able to served it to another customer, if they hate there job or are tolazy then why be there. Rude customer device. If people are so unhappy working there they should just go work else where. First time going there they... totally got our order wrong because they couldn?t hear over their loud music. Not to mention they are overpriced. Their micheaguas are really good, I've tried them a few times already. I've tried the pepino and the strawberry one and they are... both really good. The churros & ice cream are also so good. The mini pancakes are bomb too. The customer service ain't the best,which is why I didn't rate it higher. The lady told me they were sold out of the mini pancakes to which I kind of made a facebecause i was confused since i thought the pancakes were made to order. Then she tells me that the machine was off and it takeslike 5-10 minutes to heat up. I told her it was fine that I'd wait got them to be done. It was still like 3 hrs prior to themclosing so idk why she wouldn't want to turn the machine on. Read more

The ones on the stick with fruit were eh, the snicker one & the Ice-cream cup were alittle better, but it's a bit to pricey.

Not going back. First the employees were mad that customers were arriving because they wanted to I quote ?leave early? a whole... hour and a half before closing. They were being super rude. This place is cute and trendy, but has a strong odor of cleaning solution, possibly lysol. It's a bit overwhelming, but I guess... you know the place is clean. Ordered a regular corn bowl and one with hot cheetos. The presentation was excellent and they weretasty at first. Once you get towards the middle there is no more flavor. It's just corn in water. I'd suggest transferring intoa bigger bowl to be able to stir it all around. Read more
