This is a great place to go and relax and unwind although the ride is a little long it is definitely worth it in the end. I... enjoyed the time that I spent there although we were there for about 5 hours the atmosphere is always nice the employees arefriendly. It does not take long for someone to come and help you with customer service when needed the slots are always looseand it's always a great time when I go there. They have the best food court ever and the prices are amazingly low if you go Idefinitely recommend that you eat in the food court. Read more
Been here 5 or 6 times. After 9pm it seems like the slots are set to just take your money. Friendly employees but several grumpy... folks there. No indoor smoking but there is a big smoking area out back. Read more
I won a minimum jackpot of 1200 dollars and they wouldn?t pay out. I presented my ss card and my government issued tribal ID... from my native American tribe. Supervisor on duty seemed to take joy at telling me NO ! Than manager was called he wouldn?taccept my credentials either and made me feel bad for bringing him on the casino floor. He suggested i wait til morning and hewould ask permission from casino boss he wouldn?t budge on paying me my small jackpot either. Overall bad experience. I cantblame the team, bad guest service starts at the top. We the casino guest pay their salaries and they cant even make your win agreat experience. Read more

Well I?ve been here a few times. Today will be my last. Machines don?t pay at all. Ticket jam in machine took 45 min a tech to... show up and release my money. Unbelievable. We bring my grandpa here because it somewhat near his home in Bakersfield. No morewe will take him to casinos in San Diego area much friendlier to players. Many more perks. Never again!! Read more
It was such as beautiful event. I was able to reconnect with some amazing people and I had a great time. The decoration was... wonderful the food was delicious and I even with a little money with the voucher that they provide. Lots of parking lot. I like eagle mountain, because it's small and I dont get lost. But the food sucks, and when I say it sucks, that's being nice.... And the employees there are rude and disrespectful. And the security guards there are a joke, they think there F.B.I or C.I.A ,they need to take a chill pill, and smile once in awhile... you only live once, so relax and have a good time Read more
