Clean location in a new mall location. I asked for a #14 as a wrap and asked if they could grill it. The person looked at me... puzzled and said that there was nothing to grill except the veggies. I?ve had it grilled at other Jersey Mike?s with no issues.??????????? then I asked for ranch dressing and I didn?t get it. The wrapped didn?t taste yummy like when I have it grilled ohwell. Read more
You can tell these employees are 110% fake nice with their empty greetings when you walk in and also rude! Ladies, just because... you work in Porter Ranch it doesnt mean you need to act all wannabe snooty and high class as if youre working in a beverly hillsor calabasas location! Porter Ranch is an overrated lousy gated cookie cutter community which is basically a glorifiedChatsworth or Northridge! So, dont act like youre super cool workin there especially if you probably live and commute from VanNuys, Reseda or etc.! The service is lousy especially when theyre overstaffed and theres only 1 or 2 customers in there. Theyact like theyre so busy as if theres a line out the door while they try to rush you making your sandwich with their stank faces!I have news for you!.. If you dont like your job, you shouldnt have dropped out of highschool/college or whatever the case maybe. This is supposed to be nothing but customer service with a smile and recommendations in which you failed!! And, the shiftleader acts like an airhead where you can pretty much tell she wore knee pads to get to that position! The only one that was ingood spirit was the african american gentleman! When I go to other Jersey Mikes I see a huge difference where I usually tipgenerou$ly but not this Porter Ranch location! Stay away from this location! Message to the employees there.. Again, if you dontlike your job you shouldnt have dropped out of school and expect an easy paying job to be handed to you!
