They haven't had lettuce for close to 3 weeks! Just not the same without lettuce. They say it's industry wide, yet other fast... food locations have had lettuce...including other Wendy's locations. What gives? Read more
I went thru the drive thru today and was disappointed, I got my food first before paying with my card and when I went into the... bag not only were the fries half full in a small fry holder but they weren't even fresh and crispy or HOT, they were from thebottom of the barrel plus they forgot lettuce from the shrunken hamburger and it cost me $8.75 definitely more training isneeded, I know the location is new but that's no excuse, never again will I eat .there if it's not made right, hot and fresh Read more
I ordered their new chicken sandwich. I got up to the window and after I paid she asked me if I would mind getting tmr spicy one... instead I said no thank you I wasn?t a fan of spicy items. She handed me the bag and when I got home I realize she ended upgiving me the spicy one anyways. Like are you kidding me. Who does that. Could have offered me something else or money back,would have be happy with that. Not paying for something I don?t like. Never again will I return. Read more

Gave a 2 just because of the convenience of working close. But every time I order, something is messed up. Legit have not had... one time I?ve gotten a correct order. Staff is rude most of the time and overall not a good experience. It was great opening daythough. I?ll still go here because of the convenience for me but I wouldn?t recommend for anyone else.
