I went to Starbucks this last Saturday. It been bugging about my visit. I order my order. Once I got to the window. The young... lady ask me to pay . But she would asked for tip on the credit card screen. I was to choose one. I didn?t have a issue. Till Idrove away. I didn?t get to decide if a tip was Warranty . I felt pressured. Then I took a drink of my coffee. They didn?t evenget it right. I have not been to this location In 4 month?s. The service and quality was the reason I have not been back. Idecide I will drive another Starbucks for now on. They still have the worse service and quality. Read more

wow if I could give a Starbucks zero stars this would be the one, so I went threw the drive threw & the lady who took my order... was so rude let me make this clear her name was TARA!! She didn?t care if I got the drink I ordered or not.. had horriblecustomer service.I own a business and ur top priority should be customer service!! And I was actually very nice to her becauseI kno sometimes people have bad days!! anyone who knows Me knows that rude people do not fly under my radar!!!! whoever thesupervisor and manager of this store is needs to get ahold of there staff because looking at the other reviews seems likethere?s more complaints then one!! She gave me her supervisors number but I took it a step further because this service was soridiculous I contacted Starbucks company !!! I also went out of my way to go to another Starbucks and let me make it clear theywere so sweet and nice!!! also heard that cursing under ur breath I?ll make sure to let them know that to ;) Read more

I was at your Starbucks today. As I pulled into the drive through line that I barely got off the feeder road. I notice the line... was not moving. I couldn't understand why there was plenty of room for a vehicle to move into the spot and didn't move. Afterwatching a few mins and not knowing why there was nobody moving I drove passed them. Got in line and then got approached by awoman. You would have thought I had committed some kind of horrific crime. I apologize and then was approached by a Starbucksemployee who told me I was rude for moving ahead of everyone else. Thank you for pointing out how rude I was for jumping aheadof a line that wasn't moving but had plenty of time to do so. May I suggest that you make addiquit drive through so that thisproblem doesn't happen again. I have never been so discussed with people and Starbucks. If coffee is that important to you makeit at home if you can make coffee at all. After all Starbucks recipes for their coffee is on line. Read more

Spoiled milk! Disgusting smell and taste we Went August 20th Saturday about 11:51am? ordered two chocolate cream cold brew? and... other stuff.. the drinks were disgusting.. smelled like spoiled milk!! Had to throw them away since was hassle turn back aroundaway from our destination. Be warned check your drinks. I had to deal with Starbucks app customer service to get refunded..loyal customer for years but sadly Starbucks is twirling down from good service and coffee. Read more

I don?t like to put bad reviews but this has been the third time I?ve had a hard time at the Starbucks. It was pouring down rain... today and I asked if I could give my order at the window because they do not have a cover over the order section? Theyabsolutely refuse to take my order while water is pouring in my car. So I gave the order and of course she could barely hear mebecause it was raining so hard. Pull up to the window and of course she?s holding the wrong drink for me. I laughed and saidthis is why I wanted to place my order up here. She said we don?t do that! And proceeded to tell me it was the correct drink itjust wasn?t hot LOL. Needless to say I don?t think I will be going back to this Starbucks. So much for third time is a charmLOL Read more

Ummm wow Porter location! I had not been to this location since it reopened after remodeling and can I just say they are KILLING... IT! I order from home on the app and literally three minutes later walk in and my to go order is ready and waiting. I?m shockedat how well this place is ran and these orders are usually placed around 7:50 - 8:04 AM during the rush hour when leaving forwork. Not only is the staff very polite and provide great service, my drinks are made properly and we all know what it?s likegetting your Starbucks and it?s just wrong.
