Great place. Stays open later in the year then most. They close around the end of October, usually.

I have had snow cones from a few places in the area. The ones from Southern Snow Shaved Ice have much more flavor than others I... have had. Others were more bland, less sweet, and less flavor, like the syrup is watered down. I much prefer Southern SnowShaved Ice. It is my favorite place to get snow cones. The owner is really nice and personable. She does her best to help peopleas quickly as possible and give them her attention when waiting on them. She explains when it is taking awhile to get toeveryone. It is a great place to go. Read more
