I have gotten where I detest the FM 1314 location! But they are fairly close by and my wife likes sonic burgers. Tonight however... I make the order, ( somewhat shocked I didn't have to repeat my order repeatedly as is normally required for them to get itcorrect on screen). Its brought out to truck. I left the server the $3 change and I drive the 4 1/2 miles home hoping to sharedinner and the start of a movie together with my wife. I reached into the bag to pull out the burgers and the first wrapper isCOLD. When I open it there is absolutely NO HAMBURGER MEAT at all!! Great! Now I go without or drive back to do this nonsenseagain! Totally wasted 35 minutes of my life because of the incompetence at this location. Read more
I feel like the girl should make more than what they do, for having to deal with rude people all day. Running in and out of the... AC all day getting rained on and what not is not easy on the body. I know this location just opened and the employees are fairly new for the most part but leaving me waiting for 15 minutes just... for a foot long and strawberry shake is ridiculous. I was going to give them 2 stars but I took into consideration how new theteam probably is. Read more
I sent pictures to corporate of having bluish-grey gunk at the bottom of my drink after the ice melted. There first email wasnt... even an apology. I just want to get it out there that check your cups, because looks like they dont even clean their machines. Read more
The people were nice and friendly but the food left something to be desired. Onion rings were over done and burned, the chicken... tenders were small enough for a toddler die to the size being comparable to nuggets.
