Has been my breakfast place for the better part of 10 years.the ladies have always been nice and customer service was great. ... Not so much anymore, donuts in the morning are never hot and they?ve gotten to be condescending about it when I ask. What theydon?t know is that I drive down to northpark out of my way after and they ALWAYS have hot donuts in the morning. I think I?mjust going to leave earlier and go to a different location. We had a great experience, just got 3 donuts. They have a larger selection and are open later then Pats (down the street). The... donuts aren?t fully glazed (meaning the icing is the only glazing) if you like that better. The donuts are hardy and fluffy tooif you also prefer that over light and fluffy. I should have read the reviews from this place before deciding to go. This place is not worth it. Go somewhere else. They gave... us this coffee with spoiled milk and then we ordered an apple fritter and gave us a big ball of bread with some apple filling.They had no drinks or juices or any selection there excuse was they are out at 7:30am. This location has went downhill. They're at least five other donut shops in Porter Texas. Please use one of the others. Do not... do business with this location, it's went down so much it's a shame. They lost a 10 plus year customer over a bad $10 order. Read more
