Husband went through the drive through they forgot the tacos that were ordered. Went back for them and my burger that was... supposed to have extra pickle and extra onion had no pickle and no onions. This is 4 years later and they have NEVER gotten oneof our orders right. Read more

It had been years since I went to Jack in the box. I ordered a breakfast burrito, 2 small fries and 2 tacos. The burrito and... fries were fine. The tacos were terrible. Came here 4 months ago. Came back once more because I was hungry of course! Had to come back to return #2 order! Waste of my... time and money! Not sure what night shifts are trained under but this place does not give importance for customers nor theirquality of what they sell. My patty on my burger was at least more than twice in microwave. Hard burnt edges. They should callthe curly fries, leftover from bag fries because there is not a curl on them! The worse thing is th selling me cold food! Went around 6:42 pm and the lady working at the window was very rude. She cut me off as soon as I tried asking for a different... drink and when we went up to the window and asked if we could get a different flavor she says ?Well I can?t, I already made thedrinks?with an ugly attitude.
