As a manager in the food service industry, I pride myself in giving the customer good service and a pleasant dining experience.... This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager named Anna is extremely rude and hostilefor no reason. Something needs to be done about this woman because she is scaring off customers and BK is losing businessbecause of it. I eat at this location multiple times a week and there is always an issue when she's working. If there issomething wrong with the order, she acts like the customer is lying and refuses to resolve the issue. BK should be ashamed ofthemselves for allowing a person this rude to be in a position of management. My family and I will never visit this locationever again. 0/5 Read more

Order completely incorrect! Asked for EXTRA pickles GOT literally ONLY pickles (basically a large kids meal, w/o the toy)...... very frustrating to spend Almont $10 for a meal and it not be correct. Will be a long time before I go back! Get that girl offthe window. Ridiculous Read more

The last 2 times I've been here, they have left off items, what upset me this time, they didn't even put the receipt in the bag.... The order wasn't on the screen and the girl who works the drive thru doesn't understand English! Read more

The app does not work and I showed them it was buffering and I had full 4g on my cell " the manager " a Cuh with his mushroom... hair cut without a hair net said he he was not honoring the Offer and shrug . The cashier did not took well my order I saidwith Mayo and she didn't do it . This people need more training and have a good customer service . Read more

Food is good but please teach your employees how to better handle the POS system. I had a simple order which included a double... cheeseburger priced at $2.29. The young lady misheard me and put a cheeseburger then added a patty to make it a double, withtotaled $2.39. She explained they really couldn't delete stuff from the order. She must've been nervous because she quicklycleared the order from the screen when I asked about this, and didn't hand me the receipt or ask if i wanted it. I had to waitat the window for it after she quickly handed over the food, and she hid her name tag when doing it. I've worked in fast foodservice/retail and know this POS system error isn't the case, and rather a gap in POS handling knowledge. The 10 cents iswhatever but management should be teaching up-and-coming workers not to settle for cheap workaround methods and instead to teachgood work ethics and getting things done the right way. Wow what a great turn around. These girls here have done a fantastic job. The food is fast. the food is quality food. Prices are... great. Everything is clean. they're very polite, and courteous. Very great atmosphere to relax and enjoy your food even withyour children. The one lady up front is AAA rated. She's very polite and has brought customer service back the way it used tobe, taken care of the customer. I give them a 5-star aaa plus.
