Picked up order, fries were almost cold. Didn't get the small gravy that I paid 2.49 for sp couldn't warm up the fries with... the gravy. No point spending money on sending out coupons only to..have customers unhappy with food and service. They weren'teven busy. Read more

Out of all the KFC's in Winnipeg, the food at the restaurant was simply the best I have ever had. The Chicken was not dried out,... greasy, warm or luke warm. It was nice an hot, very tasty. When I visit Portage La Prairie again I will definitely eat at thisplace again hands down. If you ever passing by or through Portage La Prairie, Mb and want a bite to eat. Came In for chicken, they tell me its a 15 minute wait. Uhhh thought this was a chicken restaurant. So I end up ordering wings... which they tell me it will be 7 min wait. They bring them to table 2 mins I was like wow fast service. Open my box and wings arewarm shriveled up and dry. So I end waiting over 15 mins for 5 wings. Chicken pieces were dry and small like as if they came off a pigeon, tasted like it sat there all day. Gravy taste stale and... watery no flavor. Sandwiches are okay from time to time. Servers were rude. I Would ask for fresh made and wait, if you reallyneed Portage KFC. Read more
Really enjoyed the spicy chicken burger. The young lady at the till was not very friendly though. She barely grunted at us to... take our order. Staff need to realize that without customers, they are out if a job. How hard is it to greet someone and saythank you? Read more
I ordered through online so that I do not need to wait and /or come inside to pick up. I tried to call them more than 8 times... waiting outside of KFC but no one received my phone call. Then after 10 minutes of waiting outside, I went to inside of KFC andasked the the guy named Peter about my order. He did not know anything about my order. He then asked to the inside server peoplethen they figured that they had that order but they didn't prepared my order.They told me to wait few more minutes again. Iwaited for another ten minutes and then finally I received the food. However, when I opened the package in home, I found thatthere was no dipping sauce. Though I paid for two dip sauce. How could I eat these food without sauce ??? Then I called to theKFC and the guy who received my call didn't even bother to say sorry. They advised me to come future time to get the dipsauce.What a service !!! They told me to come next time and get the dip sauce. We were so disappointed, usually my husband and I love the KFC in Portage over the other ones in Brandon or Winnipeg but not... these last 2 times. Our chicken was overcooked and dried out and the gravy was tastless. Come on KFC Portage you can dobetter! Read more
