Crab ragoon had a sour spoiled smell to the cream cheese inside. The breading to the sesame chicken and the sweet/sour chicken... over powered the chicken ratio by more than half. Some pieces of the chicken were still raw. The chicken fried rice was lessthan average. Language barrier being used as an excuse to not understand questions about portion size. Poor business ethics toincrease revenue. I do not recommend nor will I ever return. Read more
Awesome food! Friendly staff and food is always fresh and hot.
The only place in Portage with peanut butter chicken, so I?m thankful for that. The restaurant is kind of a disaster itself. The... food is quite average, sometimes good and sometimes you get that piece of bone you weren?t expecting. Read more

Sweet and sour chicken was great until we discovered this. Our first time eating here ever and came across this within 5... minutes. Looking more we found more inedible pieces that we weren't sure of. Rice and doughnuts were good so 2/5. Read more
Saturday, October 9th, 2021 Did a little comparison of Portage Chinese restaurants. Ordered a large hot and sour soup from each... business. A take out menu is in each photo to identify items. Hands down Asian Express takes 1st in hot and sour soup. Soup isfull of flavor and veggies. Asian Express also offers a seafood hot and sour soup also hearty with seafood and veggies. PortageAsian Cuisine's hot and sour is a far 2nd. Although very hearty with veggies they overused a thickening agent in the broth.Cathey Garden's hot and sour soup is a distant 3rd. Soup is mostly broth base with very minimal ingredients. Asian Express isdefinitely the choice when it comes to Chinese in Portage. Read more
Best Chinese food in Portage. I ordered the chicken fried rice and pork dumplings. My wife chose the orange chicken. It was... pretty good. The prices are a little high for the area. The service staff is very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Food wasprepared quickly. We'll be back here for more :) Read more
