Today I went to Starbucks and ordered a refresher and I was handed the wrong size so I kindly explained I ordered a different... size and had already paid for that size. I offered to take the one they gave me since the line had gotten so long and didn?twant to stress them out. Kindly the barista offered to remake it and didn?t seem to be ?upset? about remaking it. She handed bea venti cup filled completely with ice with the small refresher poured into it. I left with the drink pretty sad because I don?tnormally go to Starbucks and coming from someone who?s worked in food service + customer service I make food/drinks as if I wasmaking it for myself and I disappointed with that whole experience. On September 3, 2022, I visited Starbucks on Westnedge Ave in Kalamazoo with my Service dog who is a 2-year-old highly trained... Belgian Malinious. The girl at the register asked me if my dog Sergio was a service animal and I answered yes, she then askedme what task he performs, I answered that he alerts me to medical needs. She then proceeded to ask me the details of the task, I told her that I am not going into the details because that would give away my disability. Then a male employee approached mewhom I believe was the manager and told me that I would have to step outside with my dog. I told him it was a service animal,he told me that he needs to have a vest on, I asked him to show me where in the ADA act that it specifies that and tried to showhim the act on my phone which he refused to look at. He then told me that it says it on their front door. I took a picture oftheir sign and it simply says service dogs welcome. He refused to serve me inside and asked me to wait outside because hethought that my dog was not a service dog because he was not wearing a vest. Second visit of the day in two different Starbucks what's not to like.
Survive is always fast and Kara is so sweet threw the drive threw. My only critique is every other time I go I don?t get enough... sweet foam when I order a venti. You barley get half an inch of sweet foam for a venti coffee. But other then that the workersare great! Read more

Finally went to this Starbucks location after passing it almost everyday. It's a relatively new Starbucks considering it opened... up 3 years ago. It's surprisingly spacious from inside and very well kept. The drive-thru is really big and not cramped up likemost coffee shops. The service is good and my coffee was good although it wasn't the best. I am a big fan of Iced Mocha Frappeand and felt that mine could have been a little bit better. It was lacking the crushed icy part. There is enough parking for acoffee shop. I personally feel like gloves & Masks should be mandated where people prepare food or get in contact with fooditems irrespective of covid. This should be a Industry standard. It was an overall good experience. Good place to relax after abusy day or on weekends. Will go back again. Read more
Well, frankly it was very expensive for literally a 12 inch pizza...for just under or right @ 20 bucks. Very nice atmosphere and... Big screens everywhere. We did have a hiccup with a Dead bug in 1 of my eating party's glass. While the waitress and manager wasvery nice people...they had jokes...we really didn't get the laughing matter with so much going on in the world now...withsickness. The didn't offer or take anything off the $Bill, most places would have definitely did somekind of Comp....but not atthis establishment. Read more
I can walk into this Starbucks, up to the counter (no line), and take a nap before anyone greets me. Their tables are covered in... crumbs. The floor is full of trash and dirt. The staff has the energy of your slower uncle after Thanksgiving dinner. Unhappyand unapologetic, like it's a chore to be serving you. Read more
