I love getting coffee from here. However, there is a blondie that claims she is the manager. Looks pretty young . Anyway, she is... nothing but poor of a manager and lacks the customer service that a business should have. I wont go into detail about myexperience today, but she needs a reality check. Normally love Gloria Jeans but the past few times I have gone, there is this short red Brad girl working there that clearly does... not enjoy her job. Very rude and condescending, snippy, not smiley. I even told her that yesterday when she decided to talk downto me, like I was dumb. She also hand wrote a sign and placed it but the cookies ?you break it, you BUY it?. I've gone here for about 3 or 4 years ago and I love it. I prefer their coffee over anything from Starbucks or Biggbys! The... staff are pretty good, yeah they sometimes talk a bit too much with each other but you almost always get what you ordered within5-10 minutes. They're really nice for the most part and if you are wanting to try something new they'll help you choose a drinkthat's too your liking. Read more
