The kids and us had a blast celebrating Remingtons birthday party
This place is great, its always clean (all things considered), pizza and cotton candy are awesome, and chuck e cheese comes out... every hour to dance. Kids absolutely love it. Cost about the same to go anywhere else, but this place has an arcade, we just buytokens on the card instead of time so we can just save them for the next trip. Read more
When I was a kid the best part of Chuck e cheese was the massive winding play ground. I took my 3 year old expecting for my son... to have a similar experience. They have removed the playground completely so it is basically just an arcade. My 3 year old isnot interested in arcade games so there was nothing for him to do. Had a birthday party for my daughter who turned 7 and we did the ultimate party package. It was very unorganized to begin with... as our set up was not ready when we arrived. Our party hostess was very confused flustered and unable to run a smooth party of 6kids. Management apologized after seeking me out and then again made numerous excuses as to why things were not up to par. Kidsloved every minute they had but as a parent who paid $200. I at the very minimum expected at least what we paid for. Mydaughter was also announced as magnesium instead of makenzie... Yes magnesium...not once but THREE times by her party hostess.Food & games were great. Im glad this the end to our chuck e cheese parties as my girl will be on to the next big things as an 8year old. Keep expectation low or prepare to waste your money. Oh and by the way I also forgot to mention that the manager brianalso offered us extra tickets if we made sure to voiced all complaints personally to him before leaving (if any) so he couldresolve them on the spot. I can appreciate that but adding the ticket ploy just makes it sound dirty! Especially when everyquestion asked involved something we were suppose supplied by them but paid for by me. Like wristbands for the kids, cups forbeverages, spoons for ice cream or plates for cake. The staff at this location are friendly and kind. The times I have went with my kids it wasn't busy, and actually peaceful. Just... like any place, it can get very busy! So plan your trips accordingly to the day/time/weather. This is a first job for alot ofthe younger staff (usually high-school aged workers) so please be mindful of that. Games could be updated, but still a greatselection and everyone can walk away with something! Read more
