First of all let me say with the past two years of Covid I understand all businesses are struggling for employees at the same... time everyone has seem to let go of standards I did not mind the 35 minute wait for the six cars in front of me as I do come tothis Burger King often what was disappointing is I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a cheeseburger and then to top it offthere was a hair in it ? The Diet Coke was disgusting no ice warm and had a weird taste ? The time before no cheese on any of myburgers as that?s what I ordered. I understand mistakes happen and we are human but businesses really do need to try a littleharder again I am well aware of the struggles as I am a district manager for a retail company but we really got to try to dobetter. I will be trying the other location that?s further down the road to see if we can get the Burger King we knew and loved! Read more
This place is a joke haven?t had lobby open in month sign says understaffed but I?ll tell you what any time you go there you... have at least 3 people outside smoking and talking. It's was Sunday so I thought they still had breakfast. But I ordered a rodeo burger and it was really good.
I go to this place often I have been to many burger kings around the US. they are always kind have nice times for BK, they give... me extra fry's and stuff sometimes for waiting. i have managed and cooked at many places and its nice to see them trying! Read more
Burgers were delicious! I loved that they had a little booth for people to take payment, though I felt bad they had to sit out... in the heat with no A/C. My only complaint is the fries were cold. Read more
Went through the drive through. Ordered a chocolate oreo shake. Got to the window it came out a vanilla oreo shake. So we told... the lady that it was wrong. She said you didn't order it that way. I say yes I did. She got mouthy with me started yelling at metelling me that I didn't order it that way I gave it back and she threw it at a worker and told them to change it. Took herheadset off and threw it at another women and walked away. So I explained to that lady what happen and she apologized up anddown. And was very nice. We got our food with no straws or spoons or extra stuff. But it was right. Read more
Their hours online state they are open until 11:00pm online. Since covid a lot of places have changed their hours which is... understandable. Now here?s the problem if they close at 9:00pm and we?ve been in line since 8:30 only to be told they are closedat 8:50pm. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I?ve worked in fast food as well as sit down restaurants and thus is notokay. Read more
