Additional Information
The wait staff was phenomenal throughout our entire meal experience. We loved every minute of it. And the food was amazing! Well... be going back! Often! That is the Volcano, or complimentary birthday dessert. Deliciousness on steroids. They did what needed tobe done. Read more
First time there for my birthday. I was surprised by how good the crab cakes were, on par with the ones I had in Baltimore! The... s main show of the steaks you cook to your pleasure on the black stones were great, but not kid friendly (or drunk). So becareful. The magic potion drink with it changing colors, and the free dessert with sparkler were fun. The service was alsosuperb with a happy birthday note. I would highly recommend! Read more
Great food, mediocre service, very pricey. The serving sizes do not make up for the price. Do not wear a nice shirt you don’t... want to get grease on. The nature of the hot rock cooking means there WILL be grease all over you and your table. You’ve beenwarned. This was our second time at this establishment, the first time was underwhelming so I reserved my review until we gaveit a second chance. The service here both times was less than desired, from the host staff to the waitstaff. The host staffbarely acknowledge you, its purely a business transaction to get you out of their way. The wait staff is friendly enough butinattentive and preoccupied. Again it’s a business transaction to get you checked off the list. Rather than selling you theexperience, they seem to be focused on the numbers. This is really a 2.5 rating but I went with three because the food and foodquality really is good. No one in my party, at either visit, disliked any of the food. It’s very good, but then your cookingit yourself, if it’s bad it’s your own fault. I would be remiss not to mention the lighting in this restaurant is harsh. It’s very bright and unflattering. The lights appear to be halogen bulbs high above the tables and it cast terrible shadows oneverything. The light color and quality is poor and there is little to no natural light. It makes the experience naturally lessappealing and it makes photos of the food and people dreary. The amazing experience you are paying for is being dulled by thepeople and environment of this establishment. Maybe my expectations are too high, perhaps others will have better experiencehere. My recommendation is that your money is better spent elsewhere. My two visits were my birthday and our anniversary.Neither time did they ask nor care what our celebration was. 5-22-22 Read more
If we could give 10 stars we would. We are visiting from Iowa due to my husbands military obligations. (They support military... 10% off) We could never give a good enough review truly. What an awesome place to eat. The host was super busy but made sure toacknowledge us right away and was sooo polite. Our waiter (Michael) was one of the best we have ever had (we travel a lotmilitary). Food was more then perfect. The restaurant was super clean as well. We plan to go back again in a couple days. Firstly this is almost a review of two halves. The food tasted wonderful, let me start by saying that. The problem aside from... that was it was all luke warm or cold. We sent back the soup as it was almost a gazpacho. As I said, it tasted great... Just nothot. The atmosphere was lively and loud with the sound of chatter and steak sizzling. The smells wafting around weremouthwatering. Our server was warm and attentive. Read more
