Have an egift card and their technology can't use it!. They are supposed to be able to enter the code and pin to use it but they... say they don't know how and that they have to use it as a credit card. The app doesn't have a place to use it either! Customer service was HORRIBLE! I waited in line to use my coupin for 20 mins and the lady was rude when I got up there and I... was trying to explain I had a coupon and since it wasn't peoplerly ready I can leave and it was awful. First off I'm giving four stars because I haven't tried all of the menu or the famous lemonade that supports childhood cancer... research but that gives me something to look forward to the next time I stop in. I had the traditional pretzel bites with theclassic cheese dip and it was fantastic. I also had the chance to sample the cinnamon and sour cream-n-onion flavors. Thecinnamon were great the sour cream flavor could use a little work but with Destiny handing out samples I couldn't complain she'ssuch a great person and her confidence makes her a great asset to Auntie Anne's. I would suggest some kind of perforated bottomto the cup just so they don't get so soggy towards the bottom. Overall, great recipe great location. Keep it up Aunt Anne's! Read more
