My wife went there for lunch and her chicken was raw in the middle. I called up there and talked to the manager Zachary and he... told me that she could come in either today(which was yesterday) or tomorrow(which is today) for a full refund and a couple freemeal coupons. My wife went in today and Zachary wasn't there but the manager Bre was and she was completely rude and acted likeshe could careless that my wife was served raw chicken. She only refunded the order no coupons or anything to make up forserving her raw food. We will never come back to this location all because of the manager Bre. Worst manager we have ever dealtwith from a Arby's and we travel all over the country. Read more
First time here, in town to visit with parents. I found the store to be clean and inviting, things I really put alot of stock in... with grocery stores. The employees were polite and helpful. I will be back when in the area again. Read more
VERY busy tonight, drive thru backed up. I went inside as I had appointment. Here is what I heard, sorry for the wait as orders... were given to customers. Then I heard what I believe to be a manager or lead tell his crew, "you guys are doing great, awesometeam". Now that is how you run a business and grow a team. Drove 5 miles to get here. No problem. The restaurant is all lit up. Its 11:02pm.. google app has it closing at 12pm. Wow!!!!... What a rude. Pock marked insult I was treated to. Extremely rude little punk. Must be mad for working the 4th weekend. Told me iwas idiot for not checking hours on doors. Despite google having them listed as open. I recorded incident. I mildly took abuse,and drove away... need to eat healthier anyhow. I will be sharing video on social media. It includes screen shot of it sayingrestaurant will be open til 12pm. It took 30 mins of talking my husband out of going down there due to idiot remark to me. Thereis no exception for this. And i am not interested in anything. P:S: Now that the Dine-in is open. The tables need to be cleaned up regularly. Everytime we go there all the tables are dirty... with left over crumbles of food etc. We usually sit for 45-60 mins but not a single employee comes and checks out to see if thetables are clean or not. Plus some of the employees are obnoxiously loud and annoying. Update 6/15/21 : Dine-in is nowopen. Arby's is definitely one of the better fast food chains out there. The Place looks, feels and provides better servicethan most of the other ones. Due to Covid-19 the Dine-In has been closed for more than a year now. The Carry out just opened upas I am writing this. They have been mostly running on drive through though. The Dollar $ Menu from 2pm-5pm has to be the bestdeal among all restaurants. The selection is pretty decent too. The shakes and fries are really delicious. They keep addingsomething new to their menu which keeps it interesting. All Covid protocols are being taken into consideration Also, It isconveniently located in WalMart's parking lot. So nothing like having a Root beer float on a hot day after some groceryshopping. Enjoy having their fish sandwiches! Kings hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich is so big. I was full after eating half! Curly fries are... so yumm when they are fresh. Love their 2-5pm 1$ menu. The mint chocolate chip and Jamocha milk shake is so delicious!Mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers are the best! Staff is courteous and seating is spacious. Read more
Male Staff member who was working the drive thru on Sunday around 830pm at the shaver location in portage was awesome at his... job. He was very professional. He made me feel like my business was appreciated!! I was so impressed! When I got home I told myhusband all about him. Lol. Most places today make you feel like a burden.
