Our server was very nice, but overall was just not really present. Our bar drinks took about 20 minutes. We ordered a mule and a... pina colada type drink. The ginger beer tasted flat and didn?t taste like it had any lime in it and the other tasted like justcoconut. We order our steaks medium rare and one came out medium almost medium well. The manager offered to remake it, but wehad already been there about an hour. She did comp the steak for us which was very generous. The manager was very helpful andbasically the only reason I?d give 2 stars. Just don?t think we will be returning anytime soon. Read more
Worst service I have ever had. Clean but not so busy at all. The lettuce was old, the appetizers did come out fast, loved the... cinnamon butter with fresh buns. When it came down to the entree, waited over an hour for entrees but never came. Then justdecided to leave. When asked the witness for the check and to take off the entree from the bill, she apologized said she wasvery busy but believed she just never entered the entrees since place did not have alot of traffic at all and other customershave been served before 25 minutes after being seated. Amazing customer service from the moment we called to verify if there were tables available for our party size. We arrived and... were seated immediately, our waiter was absolutely fantastic, such a humble and nice guy. David was our waiter and I can't putinto words how amazing he was, I hope his management sees this and praises what an amazing employee they have. Lady waitress was alright untill she didn't bring out spooms with our chili, so by the time we finally stopped another waitress... to get some our chili was cooled down. Then she acted inconvenienced when we asked for more rolls. We had a party of 5 and itwas very slow when we went and she was not paying us much attention. Food was ok. This is my favorite restaurants but the sweetbutter don't seem as sweet anymore others have agreed when I have taken them there. Not sure if this will remain my favoritemuch longer the last 10+ times I went I have been disappointed. Read more
