You know how people wake up on the wrong side of bed? the ?manager? taking orders in the drive-thru woke up on the wrong side of... life. Don?t go there if you are even the tiniest bit unsure of what you want (those of you with kids know how long it takes toorder sometimes). Because if you pause for the slightest bit while ordering you will be treated as if you are single-handedlybankrupting the store? and then refused service because you asked why you were being talked to as if you are the reason COVIDcame into existence. I am sorry my 8 year old took 15 seconds to order her milkshake at 7am. I am even more sorry that,according to you, your voice always makes you sound like the most miserable person in the world. I use to not be a fan of this Dunkin, due to the Store manager Tina. Who is always very negative and awful. Josh and Ramaijah... are two employees that keep me coming here. They are so pleasant, make great drinks and food, all with a smile and greatattitude. Read more
We were charged for munchkins because we ordered whipped cream on the iced latte. $12 for 2 med ordered the exact same way and... tasted completely different. They didn?t give us a price when we ordered and clarified the order at the window but never told usa price. The receipt read whipped cream but then they charged extra. This has never happened at any other Dunkin and wetypically pay around $8 for both drinks that are made correctly and taste good. We dumped these drinks out and will never beback Read more

Customer service is poor. You ask for coffee one way, they repeat it back and when it's wrong and you try to correct them the... scream back at you. Went another day asked for a muffin and a coffee didn't check the muffin, come to find out they gave me thewrong muffin. Went in in the evening with my kids to get ice cream hoping service would be better. Not sure how service was.Walked in smelled Pot walked out. Read more
I normally don?t go to the Dunkin on Hwy 6. I was at Portage Highschool when I placed my mobile order before work so it sent my... order to to the Dunkin on 6. I ordered Avacado toast and an iced coffee the Coffee was ok. I had quit going to Dunkin for coffeethey are to inconsistent with the flavor you can order the same thing at the same time they will not taste the same. Anyway Igot to work was eating my toast and there was yellow cheese on the bottom of my toast. Yuck!!! I tried to pick it off however itwas smashed and melted so it didn?t go so well. On another visit to this same Dunkin a few days later the staff was very rudelike I was putting them out because I wanted to order something. Read more
The ladies in the morning were super rude. They were gossiping and chatting while trying to take my order. I had to repeat my... order three times, each time she repeated it back to me it was something completely different than what I was asking for, thelady finally repeated it the way that I asked for and they still made it wrong, I waited for about 5 minutes and I was just sofed up that I took it and left, went to a different location where they were able to make my drink the right way in a couple ofminutes at most.
