I live their pizza!! Only problem here is there is only one person an older lady who works front desk and takes all the carry... out and delivery orders on the phone. Last week I ordered and waited like 20 minutes for her to get off the phone to get my coldpizza! Portage needs more workers! You don't have pick up and order employees answering the phones when you have a customerpersonally right there in front of your face waiting to get their order. Pizza was underdone. Service was terrible. Manager tried blaming it on being busy. Not even half the place was full. So not... busy. Tried saying they only have one server. We've gone there plenty of times when they only had one server and didn't have anyproblems. But that server is no longer with them. AND they wouldn't redeem my points. The best pizza! The Portage location has a wonderful dine in section with friendly and efficient servers! I love the sausage and... cheese pizza with a side order of garlic bread. The White Zinfandel wine was perfect! Read more
We stopped at Aurelio's for the fist time tonight. We had five kids with us and they absolutely loved it. The pasta was great.... The Alfredo sauce my son said was the best in the world and he eats alot of Alfredo. The pizza I ordered was very good. Thincrust was nice and crisp. The toppings I ordered were fresh and delicious. I appreciate how they put the pepperoni on top ofthe cheese so it gets crispy. The breaded mushrooms as our appetizers were definitely something to order again. The servicewas good. One loan waitress was holding down the fort like a professional. She was never far and always made sure we were doingwell. Read more
I have ordered carryout with Aurelio's and the pizza has always been good. This time, I decided to dine in and my experience was... great! We ordered appetizers they came out hot and very tasty. The pizza was hot and delicious! Our server Lara was fantastic,we never had to ask for anything, she made sure we had refills, silverware, plates. I am looking foward to going back real soon. One of my favorite pizza joints!! It been such a long time I was able to order from here. Lately when I have been calling... they'll say their taken last order of the night and kitchen is closed. Which is a bummer because it usually closes at 10. I'msure if this due to short staff. Anyways I always order their chicken, mushrooms, and onions thin crust pizza and today itdidn't disappoint! The food is great! If you want service during the week, you have to call before 7pm otherwise they don't answer the phone. If... you're lucky enough to get through, they're gonna tell you they're not taking orders anymore. So the 6 hrs they're open isreally only 4 hrs of service. Good luck with sales at that rate.
