Placed an order online last night for my family. Says it will be ready at 9:05 arrive at the restaurant no one comes out with... food. Try to go in the main entrance but the door is locked with a sign that says they close at 9pm now. Call the restaurant andI'm told the kitchen closed at 840 pm so I will not be getting any food, call tomorrow to talk to a manager. It is 23 degreesoutside at the time. Call today talked to a manager who told me to look for a refund in 5-7 days and he will give me some freedessert with next order. Terrible service from the restaurant and manager. Never again! Just terrible you get less while paying for more I don?t expect anything good from Applebees steaks was tiny
I took my boys to eat here because they like the commercials and they said " the food looks fire"..........no! The appetizers... were Ehh.. Luckily they tasted like thawed and microwaved stuff, and my boys being 10 and 13 love microwaved food. I ordered asteak and mashed potatoes with shrimp and broccoli. They served it on a hot plate which was cool because the food stayed hot,but that was the high point. Table was sticky, booth seats were very worn with no support. Menus were wiped but sticky. Muggy asheck in there. I ask for my steak medium, and they cooked it correctly, but the steak looked unappealing. It was a tough cut.Broccoli was served half hot half cold. Again, tasting like it was microwaved. Potatoes had a crust to it, not creamy at all.Then, they bring me fried shrimp instead of grilled. I asked for the grilled and they brought me heated already cooked shrimp.No grill marks or anything. My boys had chicken tender macaroni....macaroni was ok but the tenders were hard and terrible. Itshould be called breading and macaroni. I was very disappointed in this place. I ate a small piece of steak, some potatoes, 1shrimp and 2 pieces of broccoli. I paid the 100 dollar bill (I had a couple of alcohol beverages) and went to panera. I wouldnot recommend this place to anyone. Our waitress was great! She actually realized what we had chosen was actually on their 2 for $30.menu saving us a few bucks. ... She was on the spot every time we needed a refil. We even left room for a neat dessert, their brownie bite with a small scoopof ice cream & chocolate sauce. Good time, good meal & good deal on our bill. Read more
Very good service even before closing time . Could tell it was short staffed but it?s fine all in all our experience was great .... Don?t know his name but the guy with the glasses was doing a great job handling a situation so I tipped him . Keep up the goodwork applebees staff will be back again with my husband thank you for everything. Read more
Surprised the entire chain hasn?t been closed for good. I never expect much when I have the displeasure of dining at Applebee?s,... yet somehow the bar is always set lower than before. The food is flavorless and the drinks are blended water and ice. Orderedsomething that was supposed to be tossed in sauce and it was served dry. Asked for a cup of sauce, the sauce that should havebeen on the meal, and was charged for it. Ridiculous. Read more
My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. I find that Applebee's locations are usually consistent, but what sets this one... above and beyond is the kind and attentive staff. Read more
