Asked for fried chicken... got bbq. Asked and paid for Chili cheese dog.... got NO CHILI!!!!! after spending $50.00 for... chili cheese dog, COLD fried mushrooms!!!!!, Very cold old fries!!!!, gyro salad, chicken and 1/2 slab of ribs!!! Place has gone completely down hill. Was a family place of ours for years. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Food is half... what it used to be. The owner is never there any more and the guys he has there are completely incompetent. I walked in on aFriday evening there was such a long wait for simple orders people were walking out. Getting their money back. And the employeeskept loudly addressing the diners as "irritating." Some people had to show a receipt to show they even placed placed order 20minutes earlier. One woman waited almost an hour for ribtips before seeing several customers who came after her get their food.She got a refund and left. The cooks had a lobby full of people and kept complaining about doordash orders coming in. Andstill....would make just one basket of fries at a time and not drop another bag until that basket was done, and used for orders.A doordash driver was there for 30 minutes for a gyro before asking how long of a wait still and an employee said rudely "idon't know man...maybe 30 minutes. You can just cancel the order." I wonder how the owner would feel knowing his employees wereturning away money. Horrible work ethic. I know the food industry is busy, but it's not a place you work at your own pace. Forthe wait, food wasn't even fully cooked. I would not suggest you go there. There's plenty of other gyro shops with betterprices, better food and better service. This place is a joke when it comes to professionalism and service quality. Takeheed.....Go Elsewhere! Read more
