ill be contacting corporate, id give it no stars if i could, staff is rude, i was in a bob tail with no time, im parked out of... the way, not bothering anyone, and a guy walks past 10 semi's that arent in a parking spot to tell me to move, i couldunderstand if i was acually in the way of something or someone, there were trucks parked for the night at fuel pumps that areout of service, they have very few spaces, most of which are paid, and for a place that sales mostly to truckers, you wouldthink they wouldnt treat truckers so poorly, if your going to build a truck stop, try building one with enough parking Read more

We just have a really bad experience today . We are a team driver with my brother . Got here and got a full tank of gas and want... to take a shower . First I got my shower and my brother was going to take a shower but there is a one rude lady who is drivingin the gas station(toyota Camry)and tell us to leave , she was really disrespectful and . We are regular , member of pilot andflying J customer . This is not acceptable. I was even not blocking anywhere but she is just following us and tell us to leave .Just trying to make little more money, this is not okay for big company like a pilot . I even try to pay but she didn?t acceptpayment from me but accepting from other drivers . Never come back here . She is around 40 years old but still don?t know how totalk with people!!! Read more
