chicken looks weird and not tasty.
I really wanted to like it too. Normally I love a Church's Chicken. But today, a Sunday the food wasn't good. Waited at drive... through to place my order, with only one car ahead of me for 15 minutes. Got to intercom waited another 5 min after being toldto hold on a sec. Then another 10 min after placing my order to get the food. Which wasn't bad, I had nowhere to be so not ina hurry. I was expecting the food to be hot and fresh. It was not. My tenders were cold and chewy, my fries were cold, biscuitwas hard. My husband ordered sides only, okra was greasy, macaroni was cold. Side of mashed potatoes was left out and he saidhis sweet tea was actually an unsweetened tea. I'll give them another try on a different day and maybe order something else totry like a family meal 8 piece or something. Maybe that will be a bit fresher. I totally understand places still being shortstaffed, so I hold no bad feeling toward them. Just disappointed the food wasn't fresh :( Read more
Granted the food is most hot and fresh, but here lately, they have been closing super early. Went today rd 5:30 and the doors... were locked and chairs were up on the table. If they are going to be closing early, they need to update their website hrs andput a sign on the door. Don't just be ignorant and lock the doors because you all don't feel like working...smh Read more
I ordered a family meal on July 16th online at about 4:30 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at pm and the restaurant was closed... but yet I received a confirmation that my food was ready. So I wasn't able to get my order and it costs me 30 bucks! So mywife and I called them and no answer. We finally got into contact with a manager days later and they refused to give me arefund or give me my order. Will never come to this place again. I am out of 30 dollars and 15 cents !!!! Read more

If I could give this location a zero it would get a zero. There's ALWAYS a LONG line! There's NEVER any Spicy chicken! The STAFF... is VERY VERY SLOW and The Customer service is AWFUL! Location/service/Time: 10:45am 4/30 Upon entering we notice the place was Very Clean. The staff was friendly, fast and... courteous. (Employees: Two ladies) The food was fresh, hot and delicious. This has been one of the best locations we'vevisited thus far. Keep up the "Great Job Ladies" We added time since this, at times, can make all the difference.
