The food tasted good but the employees are not following standard safety procedures (no hair nets for facial hair).
I truly wish I could rate a zero star but I have to rate a 1 star for this message. Very dirty, and noticed that some lady was... wearing a tank top and didn?t have gloves on. Need better customer service and training of employees. Does this store even have a manager? If so, you should stop by once in... awhile. Every time we stop the employees are inexperienced and either mangle the bread or get confused how to make thesandwich. Yesterday we stood in front of the clerk for ten minutes before she would acknowledge us. Then she mumbled andrefused to look us in the eye. Arrived at 6:53pm on a Sunday Evening and there was one man in front me ordering. I proceeded to wait for him to finish. After... he finished it was 6:58. The girl proceeded to tell me they are only open till 7 and she can?t take any orders after 7. Eventhough it says on the door open till 9. Absolute lack of customer service skills. Disgusting and dirty everywhere! Trash on the floor, tables were dirty, out of chips, chip trays were dirty, all surfaces were... dusty, they had no wraps, no gluten free bread, out of steak meat, 2 soggy looking cookies left, nothing was wiped down in theirwork area. They were out of lettuce and instead of replacing the container with a clean one he refilled the old one. Bread looksunder cooked. Definitely will not be back to this location!! Wow. Wanted an egg sandwich and was told "I don't work at this store" as an excuse to not go look for eggs in the cooler. I've... worked at Subways and gone to many stores that were not my home store and never gave that excuse. If there is a sign up forbreakfast sandwiches the store has eggs. If you are too lazy to go in the cooler and look just say so. Getting really tired ofSubway employees being trained like garbage. Read more
