Went to Ivory Kitchen with my wife and son. The restaurant is very small and cozy, probably around 6 or 7 tables. The staff was... super friendly and was on hand to answer questions and explain dishes instantaneously with the slightest nod. Service wasexcellent as well. Pot of tea was kept filled and hot and constantly poured into tea cups by waiter. Food was served timely andhot. For dinner, we started with Black Fungus with Wasabi sauce, and gluten free pan fried vegetable dumplings. Both wereexcellent. Our main courses included Pineapple fried rice with chicken, Stir fried beef with special flavor, and SautéedChinese Broccoli and chicken with wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back to explore the menu further.I highly recommend Ivory Kitchen, especially if you like menu items that are a little different than typical traditionalChinese. It was our first time eating at Ivory Kitchen & it won’t be our last! We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant & the staff... was so friendly! My husband and I agree we could eat that soup everyday.\n\nWe ordered the fried squid as our appetizer, whichwas so crispy & delicious, and the double cooked pork and the beef noodle soup were amazing.\n\nThis is easily one of the bestrestaurants in the area. Highly recommend it!! Read more

We had all of the dine-in only dishes, the Szechuan beef noodles.\n\nThe duck breast is a must try if dining-in. The style of... beef noodle is not very common and a rare find for those who like to have spect in their food, you will not regret it.\n\nThespicy crab hotpot is definitely worth ordering if you are good at peeling your own crustaceans, it’s delicious and has a hintof Tom yum for those that like Thai style broth. Although it is recommended to call ahead and inquire about the crab hotpotavailability due to their limited daily supply.\n\nThe BBQ fish is actually grilled, unlike most places that deep fry their fishprior to mixing it with stir fried veggies in sauce, the mix of flavors is likely something you have never tasted anywhere in NYbefore. It is also the most spicy dish out of everything we ordered, great for the adventurous and those who like to try exoticthings.\n\nAll the dishes are quite generous portions, good spot for those with a healthy appetite. If I was on my own, the beefnoodle alone, the fish alone or 1.5 of the two appetizers would have made a more than enough meal. The crab hotpot would easilyfeed 2-3.\n\nBecause we visited during their soft opening period, we were also treated with a few things on the house, greatdining experience for a Christmas Eve.
