Had lunch with the grandkids yesterday at this spot....... outside seating. The food was excellent! The kids enjoyed eating... outside even though it rained. We were under the tent so that worked out well. The young lady who brought our food out was verypleasant! I cannot remember the young lady's name who was our waitress ( not the same person who brought our food out). Thewaitress did not smile at all wasn't very pleasant (not mean) just not friendly. She left the check while we were still eating."Take your time I'll just leave this right here" What if I wanted to order something else. She did check on us twice the thirdtime she asked " can I get you anything else" Which I did reply.......no. But I could have changed my mind. I just want tosay.....nice place to dine, enjoy the outside seating, food excellent!! But please don't rush to bring out and leave the check!Let me at least finish my food we were still eating not just sitting! Thank you much Read more
There were not a lot of tables inside so we had to sit outside and only a couple of working fans, so it was a bit toasty. The... service was very good, food was ok. No gin or olives for martinis but beer selection was fine. Read more
We dined at Port Tobacco on July 19, 2022. What a disappointment. The restaurant was hot and the ceiling fan above us was... broken. Flies were everywhere and the food was poor. We were served in dishes that you would find from a roadside stand. Thecrab pretzel was doughy and my shrimp tacos had a little shredded lettuce with a few shrimp. The other three people dining withme felt the same way. No plans to return to this establishment. Read more
Attended Office retirement party for co -worker. Great atmosphere! Out on the deck over the water. Tents for shade. Finger food... was fabulous!! Waitresses coming around to get drink orders were on top of things, speedy delivery and very personable. The onlynegative... Summer time in Maryland and the Office party was late afternoon. I know you can't control the temperature but thatdeck space needs at least 2 BIG fans maybe 3 moving air. With the temps 91-92, it was extremely hot under those tents. So just asuggestion for any future summer parties outside on the deck. Again, delightful place, delicious food, great service! Read more
I was there for a retirement party mid-afternoon. The food could have been undistinguished, but the fish tacos saved it. The... wings, meatballs, nachos were fine. The scallops and bacon were luxury with a nod to the sea. But the fish tacos were thatextra touch of complexity and preparation. The waitresses we're paragons of high school summer, attentive and friendly,remembering every order and steady on service. The setting was comfortable and relaxing. Overall an excellent outdoor eventand self evidently a neighborhood institution in that proper seaside tradition. Read more

Great food!!! Our waitress, Latisha, was awesome!! The crabs are a MUST HAVE!!! The bacon wrapped scallops, appetizer was also... very tasty ???? The blond short waitress, brought out some of our dishes too, and her attitude was also very pleasant andwarm-hearted The scenery is absolutely freaking beautiful, and it’s a must stop if you want to celebrate an event, or justwant to have a great time????????????????????????????????????????????????
