Did a mobile order the last time I came here, went to pick it up in the drive thru about 10 minutes after placing the order. I... still had to wait for my food about 10 minutes which wasn?t a big deal until I noticed that they had me waiting all that timejust to give me fries that were old and they had put them in the grease to warm them before giving them to me. Have been there two times in the past week or so. 1st time was for drinks and the frappe system was down. Today the order was... wrong and the burger was barely warm. French fries were good though. The difference between day time and night time service is starting to close the gap bcuz both are awful. And idk if they have a... new day/afternoon manager but they're more focused on drive-thru speed than making sure the food is hot. Went there the otherday and when i tried to explain to Maria her kitchen was sending out lukewarm fries and burgers she did not care.
