I stopped here by chance on Sat, Nov 5th in Traditions. What a delight. I took a table outside as the weather was beautiful, and... when my server brought me my drink, he also brought the homemade toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil, herbs and parmesan..was delicious. I ordered the Mussels in a white wine sauce. The mussels were fresh and tasty.. and good thing they give a spoonwith it, because I spooned up the sauce once I finished my mussels, to which I had a few gems in the sauce without the shell. Myserver brought more bread that I dipped into that sauce. I then had the Spaghetti with White Clams. OMG.. a dozen clams restingon top of the just right amount of freshly made pasta. So very tasty, and good thing I saved two more slices of the bread to dipin the clam sauce. Overall.. Pastaio was a great choice, very busy, and expect to wait a little for your meal. The wait was wellworth it. My server was very attentive and I had a great dining experience. I'll be back and I recommend Pastaio to all. Read more

Ate here not too long ago as a group of 3. The food was phenomenal. The pasta I had was great and fresh! We also ordered... meatballs and the other two people I was with enjoyed their meal as well. This is a really nice restaurant in the Tradition area. I was impressed with the Kale Caesar and the Papardelle Bolognese. I... wish there were more clams (maybe add in the sauce) with the Spaghetti with Clams, and the Garlic Bread was rushed (cold,lacking care). Still, I would say it was a nice experience overall. It was Sunday, I was craving fresh-made pasta. We arrived to find this beautifully modern restaurant with a unique bar in front... of a firewood pizza oven. The complimentary garlic bread was freshly baked and topped with olive, garlic, Parmesan cheese and Iwant to say parsley. The soup was delightful.
