Don't dine in. They don't allow refills. They removed the soda machines from dining room. If you go here, take out to eat... somewhere else...like Sam's club on the other side of parking lot where they sodas are $0.89 with free unlimited refills. Read more

Burnt and nasty apple pies. It?s like the workers don?t care I order a few things and I forgot 2 apple pies at the register, she... told me to go back around to order that again. I said no, I?m here just add it to my order. This is what I get burnt and oldapple pies. It?s like the workers are just rude and don?t care anymore especially the lady with the dreads . Ate inside for dinner. Only my party of three and another party oy three inside. Literally every table inside had trash left on... it. Received our order. Missing one big Mac,. went to counter and told them. Went back to eat and quarter pounder bun was ashard as a rock. Went back to counter to have it remade. Sat back down. When the burgers were ready, did they bring them toour table and apologize? No. Just stood at the counter and waved the bag at me so I had to get up and retrieve it. Sadsituation. I am not the type of person to do this, but this is absolutely unacceptable. My husband just got home from getting food and when... he took the fries out there was a hair in the middle of the fries. First of all that is not hygienic and second of all that isabsolutely disgusting. We both lost our appetite therefore wasted money as well. Absolutely unacceptable. I went through the drive through to order food for two people. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and a large fry. I also ordered a... quarter pounder meal with large fry. I was told to pull forward into a mobile order spot. I then sat in the spot for 25 minutes,waiting for my food. I went inside after 25 minutes of waiting, could not get help from any employees as there were customerswaiting to place orders inside. After standing for 10 minutes inside I confronted an employee and told them I was waiting for 25minutes outside and had not received my order. I then waited 15 minutes before I got my nuggets and sandwich and 1 of my 2fry?s.. the feta were undercooked and my sandwich wasn?t made right and nuggets were cold because they gave my order to someoneelse in drive through while I was waiting? I was told by the employee they were waiting on fry?s for my second order of fry?s..I then waited another 20 minutes inside for a second order of fry?s and confronted them again that I still had not received mysecond order of fry?s and that my first order was undercooked.. she then took the first fry and went to get two new ones, boththe fry?s were undercooked? highly disappointed with the customer service I received and the time it took to get my order.. Iusually never have an issue at this location on Gatlin.. but having to wait almost an hour to get my order is rediculous.. Iused to work for Mac Donald?s and if we took longer then 30 minutes on an order we were getting yelled at to figure out what?swrong.. the lady that I felt with inside acted as if she did not want to work and was getting fed up.. highly highlydisappointed and can?t even enjoy a meal cause My fry?s both times are undercooked.. and half my meal was cold from waiting solong.. edit.. just started eating my quarter pounder and it?s not fully cooked. Update, I have gone back a few times with no issues. Unacceptable. Did order through app. 20mins after waiting in the spot I go... inside and they say there working on it. I know, I know...5-stars for a fast food restaurant??!!? However, the employees here definitely earned it. We went drive-thru... and ordered combo 3 and the 10-piece chicken nugget combo, sundaes, and an apple pie. The food was good and hot, especially thefries! What impressed us the most was how quickly and accurately they took our order and gave us our food. EVERYTHING was inthe bag!!! Everything. They didn't forget the napkins, ketchup, straws, sauces... or, the apple pie! Thank you! Read more
