they got my order wrong and put barely any spicy sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich. not mad just disappointed
I Ordered 3 meals through the drive . I was asked to pull to a waiting spot. After 20 minutes waiting I went in and I was told... that they needed to still cook the nuggets. They came out and tried handing me the wrong order. The man behind me who itbelonged to had placed his order online 45 minutes prior. They then told me that they had sold all the fries while waiting tocook my nuggets so now I would need to wait for them to go cook fries. 30 minutes after parking, I finally get my food. Therewere 10 teenagers wotking and no adults, When I asked for the manager for the corporate number they did not have one and did notknow the number. I was told I could look it up online. Read more
What a joke. I ordered Big Mac. The driest worst Big Mac I have ever had. Ordered a ten piece chicken nugget and it only had 8... in it. Ordered nugget kids meal and they gave me a cheeseburger kids meal. My wife went in and complained since they parked usand we had to wait for this and when she asked them what happened they told her it's because they ran out of nuggets. I can?t even believe I?m sitting here writing a review for McDonald?s right now but that?s how bad this location is. I cannot... believe that I?m not able to receive my order of 2 basic main menu sandwich items without being told to pull into a space. Whatmakes the experiences at this location even more outlandish is that it does not matter how many customers are here for this tohappen. Every. Single. Time. I come here I am told to pull into a spot I?ve tested this with 10-15 different orders at differenttimes of the day with varying order size. It still happens. It?s like I?m in the twilight zone when I pull into this drivethrough I?m never sure what to expect but I know I?ll probably be confused and tired of waiting by the end of it. If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible service, very unorganized. I waited a half hour for my food. The lady even came out... to Lane 2 and took a picture of my receipt because they forgot my food. She still didn't come out and bring me my food I had togo inside after another kid came out and took my receipt. I told the lady a half hour waiting on food at McDonald's isunacceptable All she has to say was okay. This is the worst McDonald's ever and will never go back. Read more
What a sad experience. There are signs inside the restaurant that says no refills. Absolutely no napkins, no straws, no... condiments, bathrooms were locked, soda machines in the diner are off, condiment dispensers are empty, but clean and empty.Meaning they don?t even want anyone dining in. I had to wait to ask for ketchup and napkins..The food was disgusting. I ordereda McChicken that was hard, dry, old and cold. The fries were brown, and cold. The guy at the register was wearing sweat pants, aNike T-shirt, sandals, and his long hair all out. I don?t understand what happened to this place. Read more
Rated at one star because there's no zero. This happened 3 months ago and I haven't been there since, I only live 2 minutes away... from there.Person taking order at drive-thru was really rude. At the pay window, confirmed order, went to pick up order at thenext window and the order was wrong. Wrong coffees, the happy meals were missing the apple slices and they told us to go parkand wait. Had to call the manager because they said they gave us the extra fries instead of giving us the apple slices and mychild was already eating it, so the manager wouldn't change it. Got into a little bit of an argument with him, he put the restof my food which was still wrong on the hood and walked away. Complained to corporate and the actual manager, Jessica calledback but nothing really resolved. Turns out it's the same owner in the gatlin store but that one has a lot better service andcheaper. Dear manager if you are reading this, your staff is not the appropriate one to be there at working. I used my apps to order my... food and the hour from the McDonald it said open until 11:00pm, even thought I order at 10:10pm. Unfortunately I didn?t get myorder and they send me to another McDonald if they can make my order, even thought I drove to another McDonald and they declinethat they should serve my food that I order from them and still I didn?t get my food.
