That was a great place until LASHONDA showed up..she. ant manage the crew properly also yells at customers..and does like to... fill up your drink..she tells them up with ice first. Smh..very poor management ????..i was juan would take over..hes great.heworks for the customers to have wat they need and tries his best to do it in a timely fashion..i just go a ross the street nowbecause LASHONDA doesn't have wat it take to manage that place and she doesn't care. Diana very rude , at the window waited 10 mins for my order decided to ask how long more and she said really you can leave or go... to star bucks . I ask what am I waiting on she said they is on line order before me . She is definitely di not know how to treatcustomers, she should me more like the cleaner . Only reason it?s 4 stars and not 1 is because of the one true hero of this place Juan . I understand that the team is busy... working the front counter and the drive window, having worked in the food industry i understand it?s a thankless and difficultjob. That being said I waited 35 minutes for a box of Joe six donuts and an iced tea and the only one that was working the frontwas Juan. He at one point even asked for help because he was getting overwhelmed and I heard one of the girls say basically it?snot my job. There were about five people working in the back laughing it up and joking around with almost nothing to do and poorJuan is working on the front by himself without a complaint and still with a nice attitude. This man obviously deserves a raiseand if that place actually has a manager he or she needs to recognize the talent and trim the fat.
