Horrible customer service at the drive thru. The person taking our order told us to "hold on" multiple times, which is fine - we... understand that you are busy. However, when he came back, he repeatedly told us to slow down while he took our order (again,that is fine!), but when we asked him to repeat it, he missed several items, and when we tried to double check to make sure hegot everything we wanted, he cut us off and very condescendingly told us "You're speaking to a manager honey". It was nosurprise that, in the end, he got some of our items wrong. If that truly is the manager, do better. It was a very uncomfortableexperience and we won't be back. Read more
Went thru the drive thru waited for about 15 minutes, got my food (Big Bufford) meal and a chili cheese dog with everything.... Well to start with the burger and fries where cold, the chili cheese dog had no cheese the only thing that was right was thedrink. Not sure that I will go back again. Read more
The newest Checkers in PSL is far above the average fast food burger place. Besides having a large selection of burgers and... chicken sandwiches, they offer chicken wings, fry seasoned chicken tenders, hot dogs, chili and the best seasoned fries you canget anywhere. Our favorite is the "Cheese Champ". Their friendly staff takes your order with a big smile. Everything they makeis made to order, so it?s no problem ordering your food exactly the way you want it. The drive through entrance was impossible to find-no signs. So I took my chance at the take out window. I ordered one meal, no... drink and it took 20 min to get. So I sat in the rain and waited. Stopped in on a fluke, because my buddy had a BOGO coupon for the Big (slop) Buford. Thought I'd add some fries and changed the... price from $6 and some change, to $15+. Not sure how they thought their fries (even though decent) would be worth $10. Read more
Usually I don?t have a problem with Checkers except for the prices being a little high nowadays. But I actually ordered a $10... sandwich their new one because it sounded so good and I was very disappointed when I got home and realize that the check in hadto be very old because it was dry and hard and the loaded fries that we always get was all cheese and ranch you couldn?t evensee the fries I mean we like a good amount on there but geez they were like floating in it and on top of that there was no baconeither. Terrible experience. First time to this location as I began working from home again. Total time took over 30 minutes which... busted my allotted lunch time. Staff member who took my order was pleasant, so no issue there. Besides the long wait time, thefood was undesirable. Fries were half empty (pictured), both the fries and burger were cold (I only live literally 2 minutesaway) and the requested root beer was watered down and flat. First bad experience and would probably be the last one. Read more
Food is pretty good. Their fries are unbelievable however the service is questionable. You never know if you're gonna get an... attitude from these ppl. I guess its about average fr most fast food joints customer service. However what keeps me coming back here is the food quality and the fountain sodas usually are pretty good.
