Food is decent, but you're lucky if you get what you ordered. Needs to listen better when taking orders. Added Note: With the... fryers set up right behind the cash register where orders are taking place, I think it's the noise that impairs thecommunication in the ordering process. Conversely, it sure adds to the authentic philly cheese steak creation to see, smell &hear it sizzling on the Grill. I guess it's a trade-off! Read more
Ok but they put WAY TOO much seasoning on the sandwiches which made them inedible, previously going here the sandwiches were... great, not sure what happened this time. Update: 9-4-22 I was contacted by Charley's and they made it right. They gave merewards to get 2 more sandwiches and they were perfect! Ordered the Philly chicken with cheese fries, and I must say it was perfect. The bread was soft, the chicken tasty, the fries... not greasy or hard, & cheese sauce with great taste. Very few places do it right, it seams they got the formula down packed. Read more
Just tried Charley's Cheesesteaks this week for the first time. I have to say, everything I tried was excellent. Not dripping... with grease like other places. You could actually taste all the things that make it a Cheesesteak. And It wasn't greasy andrunning down your face and arm. The service was quicker than expected. Can't wait to try all the wing flavors. We went back onSaturday for lunch. The service was much more efficient and everyone was super nice. Had the Chicken Cheesesteak, garlic / Parmwings and fries with cheese and bacon. Everything was as expected, hot , not greasy and had great flavor. ???? Read more
I really wanted to like this place. I've been looking for a really great cheesesteak place in PSL.. I ordered the original... cheesesteak and was disappointed with the amount of steak, peppers, and mushrooms. The service was very nice (hence the 2stars), the establishment was very clean (but very small), and the food was not worth coming back for. If they start changingthe quality, I'll give it a second try. Read more
They?re usually pretty good, however the only reason I?m actually writing a review is because Andrew thought it was ok to leave... our food on the doorstep and leave. Our Blink camera showed he put it on the ground before he even rang the doorbell andimmediately left. I never check the ?Contactless delivery? option either because we don?t want any bugs getting into our food.We do appreciate the food being delivered earlier than planned, and it was hot & fresh.
