Went thru drive thru. Spent 67 dollars for 7 people. Wanted shake's, and one sweet tea. was told no shakes and tea were... available. So we got cokes. We received our drinks at the drive thru and was told to drive around to the front and park. Had towait 15 plus minutes for our actual food. Asked if we had everything and we were on our way when we got home we realized theyforgot to give us the drink with the kids meal. Overall the food ie burgers was good, but not happy with the lack ofavailability of items and the slow service. From the time we got our drinks till the time we got home they were basicallywatered down. They should have given us our drinks along with the food when everything was ready all together. Read more
Consistently a bad experience. Usually try every 6 months or so to see if there was a change in management or staff, but it only... seems to get worse. Went to the drive through to grab drinks the other day, somehow ended up taking forever just for that. Noone else in the drive through, no one inside, and one car in the parking lot. No one answered the call box in the drive through,and had to call out to get someone to respond. They had an attitude when taking the order for 2 drinks, and an attitude at thewindow. Looked like 2 employees working who were just goofing off inside. They gave the drinks, but no straws. When I asked forthe straws the guy got more of an attitude about being inconvenienced. After working a 12 hour shift thought a whopper would be nice , was in line for like 3 min before they took my order and then... they did not have ice tea at all, proceeded with my order anyway for them to only tell me to pull to the front where there werelots of cars waiting , when I was done waiting after 20 min for two sandwiches and fries, when I went in to see if my order wasready, only to see when I walked in they had not even started on my order, but wanted to why I was standing there said nevermind I demanded a refund , for they could have explained there works be a wait and let us decide if it was worth the waitinstead of acting like a normal day. When I went in I could see they were short staffed I get it but should have saidsomething. Or called in more staff or only had inside open many options instead of upsetting folks. Read more
CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE DRIVING OFF!! This is my simple order of a Whopper Jr with no pickle, and extra onion. There were no... additional items to this order. It was literally just this one burger. The order was repeated to me and I was told to go to thefirst window. Once I got to the window I was handed a bag and asked "Whopper Jr, no pickle, heavy onion"? And I said "Yes,thanks so much! Best meal from Burger King we've had in decades! It was all fresh and warm. The soda calibration was perfect. The staff was warm... and efficient. It was great watching and listening to the teamwork between the staff! I will drive from Vero Beach to theTraditions location 22 minutes away! Read more
They need to replace there staff because they just can't get orders correctly. I don't think owner is aware of how grave the... situation truly is. I've owned many businesses but this one truly stands out. If the people you have aren't good find a betterquality even if you pay more money. For what those people get paid there not going to work hard nor care as a well paidemployee. Best of luck. But for those reasons I'm out!!!! Read more
What a shame. I love Burger King's food. But this one welcomed us to Port St Lucie (just moved here to Tradition) by denying us... a substitution of Onion Rings instead of Fries. That wasn't the worse of it. The manager herself was rude about it so we paidextra because we were hungry and didn't have time to go elsewhere. You know, several times we get off a highway while travelingseeing a BK on the road sign. We go and the location closed for good. NOW I know why. WORST Burger King I have ever gone to! Horrible customer service!! The guy that took our order had no manners. We had no problem... waiting for our food but my geez it was disgusting.
