Nice assortment of ice cream and baked goods. Really nice people behind the counter! This place is not cheap, but it's a great... addition to downtown Port Royal, and is no more expensive than other similar places around town. Read more

Bummed there aren?t any gourmet donuts anymore. Waited for hours till they opened only to realize they only have some lame donut... holes and ice cream that you can get at brusters and kilwins. Really wish they kept with the donuts because there really wasn?tanywhere else you could get donuts besides dunkin (and we all know dunkin sucked compared to Maynard?s which is why we wentthere instead). There really is no selection in Beaufort for anything. I know the name of it is Maynard?s ice cream but theywere really known for their amazing donuts. I understand there are new owners but at least re brand yourself since it?s undernew ownership and no longer sells what they are popular for. Also take down the donut pictures or say something on Facebookabout no more gourmet donuts just ice cream. A little pricey but worth paying the price for a Vet owned establishment. One of the best Apple-T I've had in awhile. Only down... side is they allow pets inside the small place and when you have Dog allergies that could go south quick. Read more
