So I grew up eating sandwiches from this fabulous restaurant and every time I visit my parents, I make it a point to stop by.... This time the customer service was very disappointing. I ordered a small ham salvation and I was charged for a medium. When Iinformed the cashier about her mistake, she argued that I had ordered a medium. The sandwich I received was the size of asmall. Management was nowhere to be found. It?s unfortunate that this behavior and miscalculation tainted my usual pleasantexperience. Read more
