Stopped in for dinner. The server was very nice but the food was pathetic. I ordered fish and chips, the menu said it was served... with coleslaw and I didn't get any, the fries were okay and the fish was horrible. The fish tasted like it was reheated, hadtexture like a sponge and was dripping greace. My wife had the quesadilla and it was eatable, but that was about it it was verybland. We stopped by for dinner to what we thought would be an enjoyable experience, however it was not. I only ate the fries as the... tacos had no taste to them and looked like a three year old put them together by throwing some ingredients on a pita. When thewaiter returned to give us our bill, I asked if I can just pay for the fries as the tacos had no taste to them and i didnt eatthem. The waiter said that he needs to speak to his manager. When he returned , he said that they can give me 20%off becausethey are a small business. I guess they don't value their customer's opinion. We will not be returning. Quality of food palatable but not hot or cooked fresh . Fish and chips need to be served fresh and hot. Also lake Erie shores... are famous for fresh perch, halibut was the only fish choice on the menu. Very disappointed. Waitress pleasant but certainly did not care. Would NOTrecommend eating there. This was really disappointing and horrible experience. We were about 4 adults in which one was pregnant. The service is so bad... that we had to ask for water and still did not receive it. We waited about an hour for our food. When it did arrive there was nospoons or forks or sauces. We had to find the server to give us the utensils and sauces. The menu says for fish and chips comeswith tartar sauce and quesadilla comes with sour cream we did not receive any sauce and neither were the order correct and witheverything which was mentioned on the menu. They are using the lowest quality of food really nasty ruined our whole trip wouldnever go to turkey point ever again. Also, the staff is horrible really unorganized, bad attitude, we asked another server ifshe could give us water and she rudely said I do not know who your server is and I am busy with my tables like wow what acustomer service. I think the owners know exactly what is happening and they do not care as long as they are making money andhave workers working for them because customers do not matter to them. Even to pay we had to go find our server and when wetold her we still haven?t received any water or ketchup Or any sauces her reply way ? we are busy?
