Hands down the worst one in the area. They are always slow getting the orders out the window and do not communicate to the... customer properly. You?re better off going to the one on 52 or Dairy Queen. Read more
They have a very tasty peanut butter sundae`. My teen loves the Browne & the Oreo sundaes. Let's not forget the vanilla... milkshake. My hubby loves the hot fudge sundae. They are very tasty. You can't really mess up vanilla ice cream and toppings,But the quality of the topping makes the difference. Now, to The down downside to having tasty ice cream. They get extremelybusy at certain times. Like Friday night from 7 pm to 10 pm. It does die down in-between those times. Last night (6/17/22) at920 pm it was around 10 cars in line. It doesn't seem like much. But it's long enough not to wait 20-25 mins in the drive-thruline. Even though they had a helper out in the line taking orders to help streamline the process. Twistee Treat in general is my favorite ice cream shop and this location is no exception. On my first visit here I was impressed... with the speed of service, the quality of the ice cream and the clean and attractive building. I highly recommend! Time has notchanged my opinion of this shop. Still the best! Read more
Service was super slow nor do the workers know what they?re doing. I found a hair in my ice cream an am disgusted. I?ve gone two... times now and the first time was also very slow because all the workers were in the back goofing around while two were trying totake orders and cash out. Many of the teenagers have attitudes and are very unproductive causing the line to go extremely slow.DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE EMBASSY AND 19 LOCATION!!!!!!???????????? Read more

A nice cute as can be little ice cream shop! This was my first time eating at one so, I was very undecided about what to order!... They have a large selection of taste treats on the menu. I decided on a black cherry shake. It tasted great! I do with that itwas a little bit thicker but, be good!! I will definitely be back to try some more off the menu! UNBELIEVABLE Go to this location at least once a week since I relocated here, my daughter loves it but last night I purchased... some ice cream and usually they swipe your card at the window and return your card with the receipt but last night the younglady took my card inside and came back about 2 minutes later with my card and receipt which I found to be strange, I stilldidn't question it stupid me, I have my account set up that it alerts me when used needless to say this morning there wereseveral unauthorized purchases made to my card, shame on you ladies, never again. Forgot to mention there is an investigationunder way since I had to make a report in order to get reimbursed, I hope it was worth it SMH Read more
