HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My husband placed a pick up order online at 5:30pm and the confirmation said it would be ready at... 6:15. My husband arrived when the confirmation stated, and the restaurant then said they hadn’t made it yet and it’ll beanother 30 minutes. This being said there were only two tables who had customers, so it wasn’t busy at all. My husband thenasked for a refund and he was told he could not get one. I called up and spoke with the manager and he proceeded to speak overme not allowing me to talk saying that he doesn’t get the money for 3 days so he won’t issue a refund. I explained to him wewere not waiting another 30minutes and it became an argument. Worst customer service experience ever, he stated he would alsoget rid of my review or comment on it I guess to make his establishment look better than it is. Additionally, while my husbandwas waiting he watched one of the two tables receive their food, take a bite, then walked out cause they were not satisfied withthe food. I hate being a “Karen” but in this case I cannot help but to express my feeling and experience with thisrestaurant. Ordered garlic naan , samosa and butter chicken. Everything was prepared perfectly and had amazing flavor, utterly delicious.... Got order to-go everything was hot and ready when arrived on time . 10/10 highly recommend and will be coming back! Read more
Probably the worst Indian food I have ever had. My wife threw out her dishes. I am giving this rating solely based on the... quality and taste of the food. That said, the experience was poor too. Ordered on the app and apparently they only received myorder when I arrived, 35 minutes later. Left to fill gas and came back. The bag was stapled so I didn’t check the food, partof the order was missing when I arrived home. They take the phone off the hook 40 minutes before closing, so couldn’t callback to get the rest of the order. The inside gives me the heebie jeebies but decided to still give it a chance. I mean, I’veeaten some sketchy roadside food in 3rd world countries. Wish I could get my $70 back. Read more
Literally some of the best food I've ever had. The butter chicken is amazing but the chicken biryani is OUTSTANDING. I was... expecting chicken drumsticks and was pleasantly surprised with chunks of boneless, super tender chicken. I usually don't go outof my way to blow a spot up like this but the food is so good.
