I was a little apprehensive about this place after some of the reviews I read, but I have been here twice and have been... absolutely thrilled with my experience both times. I'm a junkie for pho and Vietnamese food in general. The pho broth is thecleanest and most flavorful I've tasted throughout both Pasco and Pinellas counties. The employees are very friendly andaccommodating, and the environment is clean and relaxing. The pho portion size is not quite as MASSIVE as you may find in otherrestaurants but you are 100% getting quality over quantity and the portions are still pretty large and filling. This isabsolutely my new favorite restaurant, and I can't wait to go back! Read more
Love this place and I?m so happy we have some legit Vietnamese food in Pasco. We always start with springs rolls, the whole... family loves them. My go too is the beef and meatball pho. Small place but comfy. The food was very good but I cannot give this place more than 2 stars simply because of the amount of... protein and noodles they serve you. I mentioned to the server of my disappointment with the lack of noodles and she only noddedwith an ok, nothing was corrected then nor given an option for a later visit. I would?ve given this place a second chance butnot after not having an option for a better outcome. 80% soup, 10% protein, and 10% noodles is not going to cut it. Reply toPho Saigon, Please read the review and notice we mentioned our issue to the server and nothing was offered. Why should be payyou extra when you are serving less than the minimum offered by your competitors? It was our first time here but will be thelast time, thank you for replying to customers concerns.
