Our server was named Gabrielle, she seemed to not know her way around or was in a total fog. She was not attentive and seemed... to just not care. The manager however, Steve, managed to speak to us and was very apologetic and said he would speak to her. Hopefully she can learn to do her job and be more courteous. Lack of staff makes this location a less attractive choice than a year ago. We checked online to see if we could get on the Wait... List, and it said ?No Wait.? But when we got there, we waited 20 minutes for a table. We saw many empty tables, but due to alack of wait staff, they remained empty. Keisha was very friendly and pleasant as she took our drink and food orders. We gotdrinks and bread quickly. But salads took longer, and 10 minutes later, our entrees were served. This was bad timing as the fourwho had salads didn?t have enough time to finish their salads. My burger came with broccoli, which was delicious. I asked forjust mayonnaise and lettuce, with the cheese and bacon. It came with a bit of lettuce, and no mayonnaise. Of the 3 steaksordered, 2 were tender and one was tough. Keisha brought the tough one back to the kitchen. When she brought a tender steak backto the table, I was still waiting for my mayonnaise. I got it a few minutes later. All in all, it was a good experience, butnot the stellar experience we?ve come to expect. Keisha was good, but we think she had too many tables. We had such a great time eating at this Longhorn Steakhouse in Port Richey. Our server was so amazing and friendly! We enjoyed... our appetizers and dinner. The french onion soup was absolutely the best I?ve ever had. Our steaks were grilled to perfectionand the dessert was so decadent and delicious! We highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant for lunch/dinner. We lookforward to going back again very soon! Read more
Came here with my husband for my birthday tonight our server was Imani! She was so sweet and helped me pick out my drinks from... the bar and made my birthday dessert so pretty and so yummy! Ask for her she?s wonderful! She deserves a raise! Read more
Besides what shown we also had chicken wings as an appetizer. Steak was tender for choice. Service was good. But next time I... would ask them to ease up on the salt on everything. Took half home. My wife had coupons on phone and a gift card for freerewards for stuff. Read more
The margarita was perfect. The food even better, bullseye. Our server Brandon was the best I've had in a long time. Stopped... by our table frequently but without being overwhelming or intrusive. It's my first time but it won't be the last. Can't wait togo back! Read more
We don't eat meat entirely too often but both had decided a steak sounded really good so lets go get one! It was a Saturday... night, figuring it would be busy I put our name on the list on the website so we wouldn't have to wait too long there. When wegot there it was very busy, a lot of people waiting. Mind you it said it would be about 45 min wait. We checked in and found wewere 2nd on the list, so we only waited about 25 mins. Steaks for great. The prices were decent for the amount of food we got. 8shrimp as an add on was a lot! We got the stuffed mushroom appetizer and it was phenomenal.
