The food was fresh and delicious. Not over spicy which is great for me, and my bf put more spice on his. The building may look... small, but the portions are great for the price. Considering a hamburger in some places is about $10. He makes everything fresheveryday. The guacamole was so good. The beans were awesome. Some places beans are like paste. First time there, the reviews were great. There was 2 of us. We were given one very small bowl of salsa to share, and refills... were 2.00. Strike one. Ordered tea to drink, no tea, strike too. The chips were bland and stale. Strike 3. The food was averageat best and over priced. The waitress stopped by our table once, and we had to go up to the counter to pay. The girl at theregister had to go find our waitress in the kitchen. There were only 3 tables that were eating. Shouldn?t be hard to keep up.Will not go back. The food is always really good problem is when I went in there this last time I asked if they had a combination platter with... burritos and tacos she offered a combination platter that was 13.50 it came with four items she said she would replace a coupleof the items with tacos because it came with the burrito. She ended up charging me $14.50 for burrito and the $6 for the twotacos which came to over $20. When I asked about it they said there was nothing they could do now they could have made it rightI am a customer. Read more
The food here is amazing, do not let the look of the place sway you from trying it. It's a run-down little restaurant but it was... packed, a local favorite. Great portions, prices. Any steak items here have the best seasoning/sauce! The staff are always veryfriendly, but service is slow so don't go here when you are in a rush. Read more
The place doesn't look like much, small building and the parking is small. We got a new waitress, so she was slow. She gave us... chips and salsa and the chips were hot and fresh. The salsa was really good. We ordered the volcano for two and we really lovedeverything in that bowl. We ate it like a soft taco, with the sour cream and guacamole. They don't have an alcohol license, butthe have wine and sangria in a little bottle. It was pretty good. It is 25 minutes from our house, but worth the drive. Read a lot of really good reviews, so we decided to try this place out! I got the vegetarian burrito and my boyfriend got the... steak quesadilla. It was so delicious the portions are amazing and we both ended up taking a box of food home! The location ison the smaller side, so typically driving down the road it?s not someplace we would immediately think to stop and eat but we areso glad we did. The food is plentiful and delicious, the service friendly and inviting, the prices very reasonable. The building is dated and... the parking lot is small but it is well worth overlooking those things to find this hidden gem. Try the tacos mexicanos withsteak, they are tender and oh so good, the best steak tacos I've ever had. Read more
