I came through drive through last night at 9:15 for a chicken sandwich. I was told they had no chicken sandwiches and closing in... a half hour. I find out today they close at 10. It's very worn and outdated, didn't have french fries, the personal was friendly. The chicken was great. I hope the business... gets better and it can survive. Read more
Walk in to order, tell me they have two kind of chicken available, ok that's fine. Pay for it, then stand around for 15 minutes... while two customers that came in after me order, pay, and get their food before me. Finally someone asks what I ordered and Ihand them my receipt, few minutes later I get my food and it isn't even what I ordered... even when I gave them the receipt. Andthen I'm told "oh they must've sold that".. I just wanted something to eat real quick before I had to go to work. I ended upjust walking out and didn't ask for a refund or anything. I ordered 2x16 pieces, 1 original, 1 tenders with fries. And Mac and cheese. First, they ran out of Mac and cheese. The manager... let meet know and I substituted fries. Then they didn't have biscuits. The manager let me know and offered me a free chocolatecake. Awesome. Was the order perfect? No. Was the customer service perfect. Yes.
