This was my favorite Dunkin up until Destiny left. I go here every single morning 7days a week and 3 times this week (it is only... Thursday) there has been sugar in my coffee when I did not ask for it. THIS TIME when I went out of my way and became late forwork by turning around I was faced with attitude (I was very polite as I used to work in fast food for 8 years) because sugarwas written on the sticker. A few years ago I could not stand this location. However about 6 months ago I came by as I was running behind that morning, and... I have been coming ever since. Kenzie is always polite and who I usually see, but everyone overall has been great too. Staffingissues are a problem everywhere so people should be a bit more understanding that things happen. Happy to have a close to homestore and pleased with all the changes they made. Read more
Every time I visit, Miss Karen is there doing a great job even if she is the only one there. This Dunkin seems very... understaffed. Before leaving a bad review, consider that its often only one or two people manning the entire store. Read more
If I could give a ZERO I would... Pull up to drive-thru at 835... No answer... Pull up to window the person came over locked the... window and walked away... So of course I went to door to make sure that the hours were 9pm... Took a picture... 2 peopleinside... Everything LOCKED up.. NOT 9pm... Still had at least 20 min by this time... Plus they have a hard time getting ordersright which is why I truly almost never go there!???????? Don't put 9pm as closing time if it's really 830 ???? Read more
There is always a problem going here. The employees at this location need attitude adjustments. Getting coffee should be the... simplest part of your day but with this DD it's not. A small plain coffee shouldn't take 20 minutes and come with a side ofhate. just go to Wawa next door or find another location. Not to mention i ended up with a cup of milk. Read more
Got a large vanilla iced coffee and the cup wasn't even filled all the way up, looked like a medium, I asked for extra vanilla,... 3 sugars and 2 creams. Didn't taste like vanilla and tasted like it had absolutely no sugar. I ended up taking like 5 drinks andthrowing it away. I couldn't drink it, it was gross. I love Dunkin it's my favorite place but I will not go back to this one.It's not the first time I had problems with my drinks there. I'm very picky about my coffee. ??????????? They constantly shut off all lights at 8pm to show they are closed. Time clearly says 9pm. Some of the workers are amazing.... However closing an if you pull up at 8:10pm they barely answer or have an attitude. I'm sorry your store is open until 9pm. Thisis the store at US19 and Ridge Rd. Read more
