I am a new fan of there burger. I however do not like the computer drive thrus. For a 2 person meal that I would order normally... with a person thru drive thru is average $12 to $14, ordering the same exact thing cost me $23.00. With that being said I can'tgive it the rating the burger deserves. Stick with humans and not AI to run your business. Read more

My friend and I walked up to this Checkers at around 5:20-25pm after a l9ng day being on foot in the hot sun. We order a simple... ice cream cone and cup to go. The employees proceeded to serve 4 cars (2 who order after us) and not a single person took careof our order. We waited for 15mins or more before trying to get someone's attention since we had to be on a bus soon. No oneanswered. Our bus was arriving and we frantically tried again and still we were ignored. We had to leave without our order. Icall once i got home to try to see if I can get a refund and the phone rung twice before I was hung up on. Extremely rude. We'renot the only ones who experience this today either. Another walk-up had waited in the hot sun even longer than us while manycars came and went. Walk-up establishments are supposed to be pedestrian friendly first, especially in Florida! We are out inthe exposed sun, not AC cars or inside a building. This treatment of walk-ups is ridiculous.
