Absolute worst customer service. This is right next to my house so we eat here once a week. Customer service is never great.... Make it in before 6pm or your getting old cold food. Went in this morning around 8:45am for breakfast, pulled up to the window &the associate at the window was so rude for no reason. She started speaking but I couldn?t hear what she was saying so I said ?im sorry I couldn?t hear you? her response was ?I?m just sitting here waiting on you to order? I went to the drive through at Burger King and ordered the coupon special: 2 Original Chicken sandwiches and 2 French fries. ... I had a coupon from the paper. I asked them to add cheese so the total came to about $8.94. Not bad at all. I had twodinners from this order. The sandwiches tasted great and so did the fries. You can?t beat a deal like this. The food is always on point and the employees are very nice. The only issue there is they are often under staffed and the dining... room is closed during those times but when you're understaffed and the food is still good and the wait times in the drivethrough are not long. Read more

Went thru drive thru got $25 order. I had a whopper in my order. Soon as I unwrapped it which was in less then 2 mins the meat... was cold dry super dry and very dark. Did a U turn went back asked for fresh sandwich which they then wasn?t break Fastfoodpolicy and take that sandwich thru window.
